Based in Padiham, nr Burnley, Karl's Bookkeeping Services use cloud based accounting and bookkeeping packages which allows us to work remotely and we are also happy to work at clients base, to use their accounting packages, anywhere across the North West of England, including Manchester, West or North Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Cheshire.
Currently specialises in use of Quickbooks, Xero and Freeagent accounting packages, but we are willing to work with clients who use Sage packages.

Karl is a fully qualified bookkeeper and holds a practice licence with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Karl is also a Certified Advisor for Xero, a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor and an Accredited Freeagent Practitioner.

From trial balance - complete year end adjustments to the financial records.
Complete and produce year end accounts in form of profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
Collation of VAT data from accounting records; production and submission of quarterly VAT return.

Rates for start are different to general rates due to low volume of transactions during the 1st year

All our services are available as a stand-alone or can be combined into an all-inclusive package. Monthly payment plans are available on request, to help you to spread the cost. Fees quoted are inclusive of all telephone calls, meetings and correspondence etc.
PLEASE NOTE: An administration fee of £80.00 will be charged, should you change your mind after the contract has been signed and before any work has been started.
